Thank you for shopping with Georgette's Coffee. We want to make sure your order arrives fresh and on time.

Processing Time Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays). You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your order weight and destination. We offer the following options:

• Standard Shipping (5–7 business days)

Free Shipping We offer free standard shipping on orders over $50.

Domestic Shipping We currently ship to all 50 US states.

Order Tracking Once your order ships, you'll receive an email with a tracking number. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking information to update.

Damaged or Lost Packages If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us at orders@georgettescoffee.org within 7 days of the expected delivery date. We'll work with you to resolve the issue promptly.
